I was skeptical about the Orchid Ice color from the photos, but in person it's this gorgeous muted lavender that goes with everything. The fleece is thick and plush without being heavy, and the half-zip lets me dump heat fast when I'm hiking uphill.

The orchid ice color is exactly what I wanted, a unique muted purple that pairs with everything. The half-zip makes it easy to layer, though I wish the fleece lining was just a tad thicker for true cold days.

The half-zip is handy for adjusting airflow on brisk walks, and the fleece feels plush right out of the bag. It's warm enough for cool mornings, though I wish the fit were a touch more tailored at the waist since it runs a bit roomy.
