The light band is perfect for warm-ups, and the heavy one really makes my glutes burn by the end of a set. No rolling or pinching, even when I’m doing squats and lunges.

I was worried about the skin pinching issue, but the knitted fabric on these bands stays put and doesn't roll up at all. The light resistance is perfect for warm-ups, and having three levels lets me progress without buying separate sets.

The heavy band really adds a burn I wasn't getting with lighter loops, and the knitted fabric doesn't roll up or pinch my skin. I just wish the light resistance was a little tighter for warm-ups.
